CUTTING

Sheet cutting machine and folding machine are used for thin plate sheet cutting, and advanced numerical control cutting machine is used for thick plate cutting, to ensure blanking accuracy, prevent stainless steel material from denaturation due to hight emperature, and improve material utilization rate. Pipe material is cut by professional pipe cutting machine to ensure the flatness of pipe orifice and accuracy of pipe size.

MACHINING

After cutting, finish machining and drilling with high-precision CNCmachining center (CNC machining center, CNC lathe, CNC millingmachine) to ensure the matching accuracy of spare parts and improve work efficiency.

ASSEMBLING

The processed parts are assigned to the designated area for assembly and welding, in which the tank is welded by intelligent welding machine,while the pipeline is welded by automatic pipeline welding machine to ensure the welding quality.

VERIFICATION

The product quality is strictly controlled by the quality department through advanced quality inspection instruments such as X-ray detector, pipeline endoscope detector, roughness detector and pure steam quality detector.
